| Clay authorities arrested Paul Austin Truman and charged him with petit larceny, trespassing and conspiracy, and James Rogers, 33, and charged him with grand larceny. They are in Central Regional Jail.
Braxton authorities arrested Ashley Nicole Monday, 35,and incarcerated her on a capias warrant. |
