ROANE WOMAN JAILED WITH LARCENY, BURGLARY CHARGES

A Roane County woman was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail Wednesday. Shirley Jean Dutton, 37, was charged with grand larceny, daytime burglary, and conspiracy. A Clay County man, Kenneth Lawrence Duncan, 50, was taken to Central Regional Jail on a family court capias, and Fred Lee Justice, Jr., 41, of Braxton was incarcerated related to a bail piece.
