REGIONAL ARRESTS

Braxton authorities arrested Benjamin Micah Gibson, 41, Monday and charged him with domestic assault and battery. He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000. A Gilmer woman, Loretta Lynn Smith, 39, has been incarcerated for domestic battery with bond set at $2,000. Roane authorities arrested Morgan Danielle Cottrell, 30, for probation violation and incarcerated her.
