Debra K. Moore 68, of Elizabeth

Debra K. Moore 68, of Elizabeth WV, passed away July 28, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late John and Helen Vincent.

Debra is a 1969 Graduate of Wirt County High School, she worked several years at Nasha Foto and retired from Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Parkersburg. After retirement she worked part time at the Wirt County Journal office. Debbie enjoyed West Virginia Sports, golf, traveling, reading, and her dog. She always looked forward to her weekly outing with her two high school best friends Beth Daughtrey and Sandy Shears.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Arlan Moore; daughters, Heather Moore of Parkersburg and Hilary (Brody) Johnson of Vienna; grandchildren, Abigail Johnson and Lakyn Moore; brother Mike (Christine) Taylor of NM; sister-in-law Sandy Vincent of Elizabeth; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brother, Richard "Dick" Vincent and sister and brother-in law Pat and Jim Long.

In accordance with her wishes Debbie was an organ donor. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
