| A Elizabeth man has been identified in a death in the Ohio River.
According to a release from the West Virginia Department of Commerce, Ed Piggott, 69, was a West Virginia State Park employee performing work duties at Blennerhassett Island when he fell into the river.
Authorities recovered his body.
