UPDATE: BOSWELL CHARGED WITH STRANGULATION, BATTERY

Spencer Police arrested Joshua Wayne Boswell, Jr., 29, last Sunday and incarcerated him in Central Regional Jail. Boswell was charged with strangulation, domestic assault and battery. Spencer police say that Boswell entered the residence of Nukela Lilly and drug her out of the shower, allegedly choking her, indicating Boswell was accusing her of having a relationship with someone else. He is being held on $53,500 bond.
