Jocelyn Marie Graham, 35, Braxton County, bond violation.

Michael Andrew Keeney II, 39, Roane County, driving revoked 3. Bond $5000.

Lawrence Allen Wimer, 26, Braxton County, child neglect with risk of injury. Bond $15,000.
