THREE DIE AT BAR SHOOTING - Authorities in West Virginia said a shooting at a bar has left the alleged shooter and two others dead. Berkeley County Sheriff Curtis Keller said there was some kind of relationship between the bartender and the shooter and an altercation occurred Monday night between them and a third person near the smoking area of the bar that left all three dead. Keller said the shooter killed himself.

Names of those involved weren't immediately released.

GUN TO FATHER'S HEAD - A Barbour County man was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun to his father's head.

According to the criminal complaint, Julian Jones got into an argument with his father at the Quick Pit Station in Philippi June 6. Jones then pointed a pistol to his father's head for some time before pointing it away.

According to the criminal complaint, troopers received a warrant for Jones' arrest and went to his home Monday.

According to troopers, they searched Jones and found two pill bottles that Jones didn't have prescriptions for.

Jones was charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He is currently being held at Tygart Valley Regional Jail, and his bail is set at $35,000.
