It can't be true?

Right in midst of the political power of Coal Country - Charleston - The Kanawha Yeager Airport is going solar.

Call President Trump, Senate President Mitch Carmichael or coal "billionaire" Gov. Jim Justice.

The federal government and the WV Legislature must put a halt to this.

They need to propose an Omnibus Coal Bill, quick.

Yeager Airport made the announcement Tuesday.

The panels will generate enough power for both the airport's parking garages and reduce the overall electric bill. The more than 1,800 solar modules will produce enough electricity to power up to 70 homes.

Airport Director Terry Sayre says the project will highlight the airport's commitment to sustainability.
