MOM'S PLACE TOO GRANTSVILLE EATERY CLOSING

(06/30/2019)
By Bob Weaver

A long standing Grantsville sit-down restaurant is reportedly having its final day Saturday.

Mom's Place Too will be closing after a nine year run, following the earlier eatery Koffee Kup that operated at the location for a number of years.

Lisa Cooper of Elizabeth has owned and operated the business, after having long been associated with Mom's Place in Elizabeth.

The restaurant has a long history and a reputation that represents what a home-town eatery should be about.

The closing adds to yet another empty building in what was once a busy business block.

On that side of the street there are two enterprises open, the J&B Drug Store and the Family Resource Network Thrift Store.

In the other main business block, with Calhoun Banks having moved to a new location, the building housing the Howley Law Office is for sale.
