| Curtis Lee Boggs, 85, of Looneyville, West Virginia, passed away at home on Friday, June 21, 2019.
He was born April 17, 1934 at Linden, West Virginia, a son of the late B.K. Boggs and Hallie Boggs-Geso.
He worked for the West Virginia Department of Highways until he retired, was an avid Christian, fisherman, hunter and he loved his family.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Phyllis Boggs; a daughter, Joyce (Tom) Satterfield of Georgia; sons, Chuck (Brenda) Boggs of Ohio and Barry (Debbie) Boggs of Looneyville; as well as 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons, Dallas and Steve Boggs, and his brother, Kenneth Blaine Boggs.
Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia with Pastor Danny Whited officiating. Burial will be in the Wayne Cemetery on Beech in Calhoun County. Visitation is two hours prior to the service on Thursday.
