HARRISVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH TRANSMITTING SEXUALLY EXPLICIT PHOTOS

A man from Harrisville is facing charges after he allegedly sent and received sexually explicit photographs from a 16-year-old. According to the criminal complaint, the girl's parents said they learned about their daughter having a sexual relationship with Dennis Ratliff. Police say during the investigation, the teenager admitted to sending nude photos back and forth with Ratliff. They also said that they saw naked photos of both male and female genitalia sent and received on the 16-year-old's phone. Investigators also said that when they interviewed Ratliff, he admitted to having this relationship and getting those photos from the teenager.
