INCARCERATIONS CENTRAL REGIONAL JAIL Brandon Doyle McCourt, 34, from Braxton was charged with counterfeiting, fleeing with reckless indifference, grand larceny, and escape. Jason Gene McVey, 33, from Calhoun Circuit Court, was sentenced for malicious assault. Amber Sue Mollitor, from Braxton was charged with entry of a building other than a dwelling and conspiracy. Jeffery Earnest Mollohan, 44, of Clay was charged with illegal possession of a wildlife, dig, cut, smokeout wildlife from a den. Phillip Lee Sandy, 57, of Braxton was charged sex offender registry violation, manufacture marijuana. Gregory Bryant Stewart, 30, of Braxton was charged with possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm. Ashley Nicole Wimer, 28, of Braxton was charged with aiding escape.
