He was born on March 29, 1994 in Grantsville, WV a son of Leonard Powell and Jennifer Hannah. He worked as a pipeliner.

Brandon is survived by his wife Samantha Newcomb Powell; his 4 children, Dakota Powell, Julian Newcomb, Brooklyn Williams, and Arizona Starcher; several sisters.

There will be no services or visitation. He will be cremated.
