She was born on May 26, 1964 in Kanawha County, West Virginia, a daughter of Lewis and Sadie Gibson Parsons. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters; Casey Casto, Loretta Casto and Irene Parsons; one son, Brandon Casto; three grandchildren, Arianna, Mia and Kyler; and two sisters Nancy and Naomi.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Eric Casto and her second husband Marlow Parsons, Sr.

A graveside service will be held at the Siniaville Cemetery, Staats Mill, West Virginia on Friday, May 31, 2019 with Rev. Jackie Roberts officiating. There will be no visitation.
