Pleasant Hill Public Service District
Public Notification
Notice of Intent to File Application

The Pleasant Hill Public Service District intends to file an application for federal assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the proposed project, which consists of the construction of approximately 8,000 l.f. of 8-inch waterline, 42,800 l.f. of 6-inch waterline, 3,700 l.f. of 4-inch waterline, 10,500 l.f. of 2-inch waterline, water storage tanks repairs, and necessary appurtenances to serve 62 users (62 EDU) in the proposed service areas. Fire protection capabilities are planned for most of the proposed service areas.

This notice is also to inform the public of a public meeting to be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 6:00 pm, at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed project and to comment on economic and environmental impacts, service area, or alternatives to the project.
