Teddy Allen Butler, 76, of Chloe

Teddy Allen Butler, 76, of Chloe, WV went to be with the Lord on May 18, 2019.

He was born April 22, 1943 in Spencer, WV, a son of the late Doy and Ruth Bailey Butler.

He retired from CSX Railroad in May 2003 after 36 years. He was a man of many trades and very giving to anyone that needed him.

He is survived by his daughters that loved and adored him, Wanda Butler and Lisa Hoover both of Greenwich, Ohio; step-sons John (Tammy) Runion of New Haven, Ohio and Michael (Michelle) Runion of Colorado; two grandsons Dustin (Ashley) of Greenwich, Ohio and Trey (Morgan) Hoover of Norwalk, Ohio; step-grandchildren Colton, Mandy, Blaine, Justin, and Andrea; great-grandchildren that he loved and cherished Alexis, Avery, Jordan, Brylee Hoover, and one on the way; his brothers Basil (Janet) Butler of Chloe, WV and Steve (Marge) Butler of Apple Creek, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Sandy Butler.

A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Daniel Tanner officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven, Ohio.
