He is charged with sexual abuse 3rd degree and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or person of trust.

His bond is set at $150,000.

Vanessa Ann Butler, 26, has been charged with threats of terrorists acts, assault on an officer, obstructing an officer and trespassing asked to leave.

She is in Central Regional Jail.
