Harold A. Lindsey, 90, of Arnoldsburg

Harold A. Lindsey, 90, of Arnoldsburg, WV, formerly of Lorain, passed away May 16, 2019 from an extended illness.

He was born December 25, 1928 in Corry, Pennsylvania, to the late Edward Clark Lindsey and Beatrice Mary (nee Nelson) Lindsey.

He served in the Army from 1947 to 1951. He also retired from General Motors in Elyria in 1989. His favorite hobbies included gardening, and tinkering around the garage.

He is survived by his wife Barb (Barnes) Lindsey; his sister, Helen Smith, of Corry, Pennsylvania; and his son, Steven A. Lindsey Sr. of Lorain, Ohio; his 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Agnes Marie (Fenton) Lindsey; a daughter Jane Lindsey, of Lorain, Ohio, a son Keith A. Lindsey of Lorain, daughter Kathy Ann Lindsey, of Palmetto, Florida, and another son, Donald A. Lindsey, of Lorain.

Family will bring him home to Corry, Pennsylvania, and bury him at St. Thomas Cemetery. Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc. is assisting the Lindsey family with final arrangements.
