Mary Frances Kendall, 78, of Spencer, West Virginia died May 5, 2019 at CAMC Memorial, Charleston, West Virginia. Mary was born January 23, 1941 in Roane County, West Virginia a daughter of the late Omar Kenzie and Ethel Thelma Reynolds Kendall. She was retired from Consumers Gas Company in Spencer with 47 years, 7 months and 7 days of service. She had quite a green thumb and enjoyed drawing, painting, pets, crosswords and reading. She was a 1958 graduate of Spencer High School and was a member of the Triplett Baptist Church. She is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Robert E. and Alberta Kendall of Spencer; one nephew, Rob Kendall and his wife, Lucinda of Ripley, West Virginia; and two great-nephews, Layne and Shaye Kendall. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by one sister, Madge Reynolds. Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer with Rev. James Epling officiating. Burial will be in the Morford Cemetery on Egypt Ridge in Spencer. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
