KEENAN FACING MULTIPLE CLAY CHARGES - Regional Arrests

A Clay County man has been charged with multiple felony counts. Jimmy Dean Keenan II, 29, has been charged with breaking and entering, petit larceny, conspiracy, destruction of property and a circuit court capias. No bond has been set. Justin Michael Harris, 29, has been charged by Roane authorities with entering without breaking and petit larceny. His bond is set at $10,000 cash only bond. A Braxton woman, Tony Rachelle Clower, 40, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail on a family court capias.
