ROANE WOMAN FACING FIVE CHARGES

A Roane County woman is facing five charges and is incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. Angel Lou Naylor, 44, was charged burglary, grand larceny, destruction of property, domestic assault and battery. Her bond is set at $52,000. Franklin Darrell Ferrell, 37, of Roane County was charged with domestic assault and battery, in addition to brandishing. He is in CRJ with bond set at $8000. Braxton authorities arrested Dustan Albert Culverhouse, 34, and charged him with child neglect with risk of injury. Roane County authorities found Justin Ray Skaggs, 21, guilty of burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary. He has been incarcerated.
