ROANE MEN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY

Justin Douglas Stotts (left) Kenneth Roger Nicholas Two Roane County men have been charged with burglary Thursday. Kenneth Roger Nicholas, 40, has been charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, possession with intent to deliver meth and simple possession. Justin Douglas Stotts, 39, has been charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony and simple possession. They are in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
