OLLIDENE HALL HONORED AS EASTER MEMORY - Family Donates Filled Baskets To Students

(04/20/2019)

The family of Ollidene Hall have honored her memory and her love of Easter by donating over 200 filled Easter baskets to the students at Arnoldsburg Elementary School.

Ollidene was an AES secretary for 25 years and claimed Easter as her favorite holiday. She is loved and still fondly remembered by many of the students that passed through the halls at AES while she was secretary.

In past years the Arnoldsburg Fire Department had hosted a community egg hunt and had donated baskets to the school which Ollidene supported. The fire department has discontinued having the egg hunt so when Ollidene’s family found out they decided that they should donate the baskets in her honor.

Arnoldsburg School staff and students say, "It is wonderful to have such generous and giving people in our community. Thank you for supporting our school and children."
