Dennis Alan Fisher, 59, of Spencer, died April 12, 2019, at home. He was born December 19, 1959 at Kent, Ohio, the son of Patricia Edmundson Fisher of Kent, Ohio and the late Franklin Fisher. Dennis was a machinist at Kanawha Manufacturing, Charleston. In addition to his mother, survivors include his son, Brett Fisher of Spencer; stepdaughter, Brandi Hammerstone of Garrettsville, Ohio; granddaughter, Ella Marie Carmichael Fisher; sisters, Lisa Fisher of Kent, Ohio, Laurel Fisher of Atwater, Ohio; brother, Donny Fisher of Ravenna, Ohio; best friend, whom he loved like a brother, Keith Gemberling of Kent, Ohio. A memorial service is being planned for a later date, John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of arrangements.
