She was born April 21, 1947, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Janie Cottrell Rogers.

She was a loving wife and mother.

She is survived by husband, Ralph Radabaugh; son Albert Franklin Radabaugh (Pamela) of Nobe, WV; daughter, Marcia Putnam of Sutton, WV and granddaughter, Amber Metheney of Sutton, WV.

Interment was in Nobe Cemetery. Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsvile, WV conducted the services for Mrs. Radabaugh.
