REGIONAL ARRESTS

A Braxton County woman, Wilma Ivalee Reip, 59, has been charged with assault and battery and is in Central Regional Jail. Kenneth Reed Cummings, Jr. , 27, has been charged in Clay County with domestic battery 3rd. He is in Central Regional Jail. Braxton authorities have arrested Kari Lynn Frame, 43, and charged her with forgery and uttering. She is in Central Regional Jail. Braxton authorities also picked up Brittany Stalnaker on a capias warrant and incarcerated her with bond set at $100,000. Robert Edward Dickerson, 63, from Roane County was incarcerated for a home confinement violation. Calhoun authorities arrested Caleb Michael Parsons, 20, of Grantsville and charged him with no operators, no proof of insurance,improper registration, and less than 15 grams of marijuana.
