UPDATE: ROANE DUO CHARGED WITH GRAND LARCENY Woman Charged Grand Larceny

Roane County authorities arrested a duo Wednesday and incarcerated them in Central Regional Jail. Christopher Lynn Puffenbarger, 23, has been charged with felony conspiracy, grand larceny, destruction of property and daytime burglary. Shiann Marie Puffenbarger-Waggoner, 20, has been charged with daytime burglary, destruction of property and grand larceny. A criminal complaint says Puffenbarger rented a house with designated furnishings in Spencer, certified in a rental agreement. Puffenbarger was given an eviction notice, after which he removed furnishings or items from the house, also damaging the interior walls and windows. The victims, identified as Randy and Lisa Lowe, valued the items near $1,600. A report on damages to the structure was not available. They are each being held on $10,000 each. Roane authorities arrested Shirlynne Mae Harris, 34. She is in Central Regional Jail, charged with petit larceny, conspiracy and probation violation.
