Lenoris Jean "Joann" Sampson Coen, 79, of Ivydale, WV went to be with the Lord on March 2, 2019 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 22, 1939, a daughter of the late Ivan Queen and Georgia Sampson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by daughter Beverly Coen and grandson Michael Keiffer. She is survived by daughters Norma Davis (Terry) of North Carolina, Debbie Davis (Larry) of Glenville, WV, Deanna Hall (Rodney), Phyllis Tanner (Lee), Paula Metheney, Penny Coen, Georgianna Corn, and Stacy Murphy all of Clay WV, Jerri Drake of Gassaway WV, Melissa and Shonda Tanner of Florida; and brother Roger Green of Parkersburg WV; 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Otter Lick Church, Ivydale, WV with Rev. James Williamson officiating.
