Brian Keith Burrows, 38, was incarcerated Thursday over a bail piece. He is in Central Regional Jail. His bond is set at $15,000. Stephen A. Heath, 58, was incarcerated Thursday in Central Regional Jail by Calhoun authorities for bond revocation, related to Ritchie County charges of solicitation of a minor in Ritchie in 2016, a case that was set for a hearing in June.
