POLICE RESPONDING TO GRANTSVILLE TRESPASSER ALLEGEDLY BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT

Calhoun Sheriffs Department officers and the State Police were responding Saturday to a 911 call at 212 or 220 Mill Street in Grantsville when a property owner advised he would be holding a trespassing subject at gunpoint.

The trespassing subject then contacted 911 saying he was being held and could not leave the scene.

It could not be confirmed if he was being held at gunpoint.

At least three officers were responding, arriving on scene at 1:53 p.m.

Later, police cleared the scene.
