REGIONAL ARRESTS SEND SEVEN TO CRJ

Judy Kay Johnson, 49, was arrested by Clay authorities and charged with driving suspended, possession with intent to deliver, obstructing an officer, and no registration. She is in CRJ. Jerry Lee Boyers, 41, was arrested in Gilmer County and charged with entry of building other than a dwelling. His bond is set at $25,000. Braxton authorities arrested Cody William Brown, 25, and charged him domestic assault, obstructing, brandishing, battery of officer. Nathan Joshua Haynes, 26, was arrested in Roane and charged with sexual abuse 3rd degree, using obscene material to seduce minor, lodged in CRJ with bond set at $150,000. Roane authorities charged April Gay Hardway, 39, and charged her with home confinement violation. She is in CRJ. William Kenneth Keener, 23, arrested in Braxton, charged for fleeing with reckless indifference, conspiracy. He is in CRJ. Gilmer authorities arrested Roger William Talbert, 37, charging him violation of a protective order. Bond set at $1000.
