TRIO ARRESTED IN ARNOLDSBURG RELATED TO FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE WARRANT

(L-R) Keith Lamp, Shawn Parsons, Samantha Ramsey Arrests were made Monday evening after Cpl. J. B. Hunt, WV State Police, and Deputy C. J. Myers went to an Arnoldsburg residence to serve a fugitive from justice warrant on Keith Allen Lamp. Lamp failed to appear at a hearing connected to an indictment on a heroin charge in Athens, Ohio. Police, according to the criminal complaint, went to the residence where they expected Lamp to be. The occupants, Shawn Lee Parsons, 40, and Samantha Louise Ramsey, 31, denied knowledge of Lamps presence, but police discovered him hiding in the bottom on an adjacent cellar house. Lamp was taken into custody, and Parsons and Ramsey were charged with obstructing an officer and interference with an officer. All were lodged in Central Regional Jail. A few hours later the dwelling caught on fire and burned to the ground.
