THREATENS WITH GUN - Fayette County deputies said a man faces charges after a female reported he held her at gunpoint in a vehicle for several hours and threatened to shoot up a market.

Danny Lee Kincaid, 35, of Scarbro was arrested Monday evening on charges of terroristic threats, brandishing a deadly weapon and domestic assault, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office said the victim claimed he kept her in their vehicle for several hours while pointing a firearm at her and himself. She also alleged Kincaid made threatened to shoot up the Scarbro market, the sheriff's office said.

Kincaid was arrested and transported to the Southern Regional Jail to await arraignment.
