A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM WEDNESDAY TO 1 PM EST THURSDAY... Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected. Strong winds sustained 15 to 25 mph on Wednesday with a few gusts to near 40 mph. The temperature dropping to 1 degree Wednesday night.
