She was born May 9, 1933 in Calhoun County, WV, a daughter of the late Nathan Goff and Effie Green Carr.

She is survived by daughter, Hope Weber of Chloe, WV; close friend, Allen Todd Roberts; and granddaughter, Alicia Hornbeck of Ohio.

Visitation will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV on Friday, January 25, 2019 from 1-3 p.m. A private interment will be held in the Green Cemetery, on Saturday, January 26.
