ROANE MAN ARRESTED FOR ARSON AND GRAND LARCENY - Regional Arrests

Roane authorities have arrested a man and incarcerated him on multiple charges. Robbie Matthew Thompson, 43, has been charged with 3rd degree arson, grand larceny, felony conspiracy, and entering a dwelling. A Braxton man is facing six misdemeanor counts. Josh Clayton Hearn, 50, has been charged with obstructing an officer, battery on an officer, assault on an officer, disorderly conduct, leaving scene of an accident and DUI-2nd. He is in CRJ. Robert Edward Dickerson, 63, was charged in Roane with possession with intent to deliver and is in Central Regional Jail. Braxton authorities have arrested William Ray Justice, 42, and charged him with DUI-3rd. He is in CRJ. Jackie Dale Belnap II, was arrested by Gilmer authorities and charged with DUI-1st and was incarcerated. Roane authorities arrested and incarcerated Adam Lee Daugherty, 42, early Sunday and charged him with DUI-1st.
