Edmund Dayton Reaser, 84, of Frametown

Edmund Dayton Reaser, 84, of Frametown, WV died on January 2, 2019 at his home. He was born at Cedarville, West Virginia, Gilmer County a son of the late Paul Monroe Reaser and Alva Ava Reaser.

He was a diesel mechanic and oil field worker. He had worked at Dowell, B& L Motor freight, Ford Motor Company, Vic Fink International.

He was also a US Army veteran.

He had been a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader for many years. He was a member of Masons and Shriners. He was a member of the arthritis foundation board, a Deacon of his church, Licking Baptist Church of Hebron, Ohio.

He is survive by, spouse, Phyllis Mae Moyers Reaser; children, Edmund Duane Reaser (Eddie and Patricia) of Liberty, Indiana, Deana Joanne Reaser of Columbus, Ohio, Drema Lea Reaser of Newark, Ohio, Doramae Reaser Frame and Albert Frametown, WV, and Darrell Dayton Reaser (Gleason) of Great Britain; siblings, Hayward Franklin Reaser, Brenda Maude Reaser, Clifford Glen Reaser, George Darrell Reaser, and Kenneth Paul Reaser; nine nieces and 10 nephews; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Clarence Otis Reaser, one nephew, Noland Reaser, and one sister-in-law, Eunice May Reaser.

A funeral service will be held at Rosedale Baptist Church on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Elder Larry Fisher officiating. Visitation will be Noon-2:00 p.m. in the church. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, will conduct the services.
