ROANE, BRAXTON MEN CHARGED WITH METH

Jody Alan Frazier, 61, was charged by Roane authorities with possession with intent to deliver meth. He is in Central Regional Jail. A Braxton man, Jerry Lee Losh, 31, was charged with meth and is in Central Regional Jail. Eric Michael Carte, 36, was charged by Clay authorities with petit larceny, fleeing on foot and simple possession. He is in Central Regional Jail.
