| A Roane County man, Bryan Ray Bassett, 29, was arrested for petit larceny.
Bassett is in Central Regional Jail.
Kenneth Roger Nicholas, 39, was arrested by Roane authorities and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and obstructing.
He is in Central Regional Jail. |
