| Calhoun authorities arrested Warren Albro Highley, 47, Thursday evening.
Highley was charged with shooting a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, a misdemeanor.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $5,000.
Brisendine, Jeremy Wayne Brisidine,40, is in Central Regional Jail charged with domestic battery.
