RESPONDERS HAVE VERY BUSY MONDAY

The Grantsville VFD responded to an accident at Cabot Station at 11 p.m. Monday, a vehicle crashing into the guard rails. It was not learned if there were injuries in the accident.

The Calhoun Sheriffs Department was responding.

State Police Cpl. J. B. Hunt responded to a domestic dispute in the Nicut area Monday night.

Just before midnight Monday the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a "fallen and can't get up" call on Sassafras Ridge.

The Grantsville Police Department responded to a Mill Street residence at 3:10 p.m. Monday where a woman reported being chocked by a male. They are investigating the report.

The Grantsville VFD responded to a single vehicle car crash on the Mt. Zion Ridge (Rt. 16) at Sinking Springs Rd. at 8 a.m. Monday, the car reportedly into a ditch line.

There were no injuries.

There were multiple other 911 calls Monday, maybe setting a record.
