Brenda Lea Greathouse, 50, of Mt. Zion

Brenda Lea Greathouse, 50, of Pine Creek Road, Mt. Zion, died November 19, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born June 20, 1968 in Grantsville to the late John Greathouse and Pearl Carpenter. In addition to her mother she is survived by her long-time companion Georgie Nichols; daughter Misty Nichols; and grandchildren, Maeson, McKenlea and Greyson Grogg; sister, Hazel Lamp; brothers, Eddie Greathouse and Jamie Carpenter; and long-time boyfriend, Timothy Holt; several step children; step grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a "mom and grandmother," to many and will be sadly missed. In addition to her father, Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Frankie Greathouse. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV. Family and friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
