| Roane authorities have arrested Bryan Lynn Braham, Sr, 53, and Rebecca Ann Braham, 42.
Bryan Braham has been charged with child neglect, possession of a firearm and conspiracy.
Rebecca Braham is charged with child neglect and conspiracy.
They are in Central Regional Jail.
Roane authorities have also arrested Randall Allen Smith, 32, and charged him with child neglect, conspiracy and possession of a firearm. He is in Central Regional Jail.
