| MAN STABS SELF IN BACK? - Cabell County sheriff's deputies responded early Thursday morning to a reported stabbing.
The call came in about 3:30 a.m. in Milton, according to 911 dispatchers.
Sheriff Chuck Zerkle said the victim was uncooperative when EMS took him from Newmans Branch Road to St. Mary's Hospital. He eventually told investigators that he stabbed himself in the back.
No suspect has been arrested or is in custody, Zerkle said.
Zerkle said the investigation is closed.
