BARBOURSVILLE SHOOTING - A suspect has been charged with first-degree murder after a shooting in Barboursville Tuesday.

Investigators say Armel Kent Stutler, 66, of Ona, went to the victim's home and initiated a physical fight. Stutler is accused of shooting the victim with a revolver.

The victim, Phillip Ray Boggs, 70, of Barboursville, died.

West Virginia State Police troopers say the Stutler called 911 from his cell phone and said he shot someone. The suspect stayed on scene and was taken into custody.
