Sheriff Jeff Starcher, Deputy Jason Chang, and Trooper B. E. Young responded to a domestic situation on Jesses Run Road Friday.

According to the statements taken in the course of the officer's investigation, it was alleged that Sandy Stotts, a resident of Roane County, made physical contact with her son in law, Richard Rogers with her vehicle, knocking him backwards.

The sheriffs department said after the incident there was a verbal argument.

It was reported that after the affray, Rogers called 911 and prohibited Stotts from leaving the driveway until law enforcement arrived.

Sheriff Starcher placed Sandy Stotts under arrest and charged her with one count of domestic assault and one count of domestic battery. Stotts was arraigned before Magistrate Rick Postalwait and was released on bond.

Roane authorities arrested Timothy Wayne Dodd, 42, and Sabrina Marie McCune, 29, Sunday, on multiple drug charges.

Dodd is charged with a capias, delivery of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

McCune is charged with delivery of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth and conspiracy to commit a felony.
