Tommy Miller, 58, of Spencer

(10/19/2018)
Tommy Miller, 58, of Spencer, West Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018.

He was born on December 20, 1959, a son of the late Milford S. and Pauline Miller.

He loved God, his family and riding his four wheeler. Tommy loved everyone and everyone loved him. He loved going to church, his Reese Cups, his popping game, feeding the birds and squirrels, and singing "I'll Fly Away" and "Suppertime" with his brother Curtis.

He always talked to his brother Larry everyday on the phone, enjoyed riding to church with his brother Billy and nephew Junior, and laughing and kidding around like his brother Bob.

Tommy is survived by his four sisters, Myrtle Sue McKown of Spencer, Phyllis Milhoan of Reedy, West Virginia, Melinda Jones of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, and Debrah Marks of Millstone, West Virginia; a half-sister, Ruth Starcher of Calhoun County, West Virginia; and his four brothers, Billy, Larry, and Bob Miller all of Spencer and Curtis Miller of Reedy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Milford Miller, Jr., and Jack and Phil Miller; and his sisters, Shirley Starcher, Mildred Ash, Pauline Lawson, Madeline Fouty, and infants Jennifer and Janice Miller.

Joint services with his sister-in-law, Elsie Miller, will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, with Rev. Jack Roberts and Rev. Larry Greathouse officiating. Burial will be at the Craig Hill Cemetery near Spencer. Friends may call from 10am to 1pm Sunday at the funeral home.
