Guy Gordon Schoolcraft, 93, of Orma

Guy Gordon Schoolcraft, 93, of Orma, WV went home to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, October 17, 2018.

Gordon was born on September 30, 1925, the son of the late Harley and Louise Schoolcraft. He was an Army/Navy Veteran, a union carpenter by trade and a member of the Minnora Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Hope Schoolcraft, his son Steve (Sherry) of Parkersburg, his daughter Barbara (Danny) Jarvis of Orma, his son-in-law Dave Cottrell of Orma, his brother Leon of Lorraine, OH, his loving sister-in-law Alice Conley, his granddaughters and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Susan Cottrell, his grandson Brian and three brothers and three sisters.

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, October 20th at 1:00 pm at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg. WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Following his final wishes, he will be cremated and buried at a later time in the Minnora Cemetery.
