CIRCUIT COURT IN SESSION THURSDAY

Calhoun Circuit Court was in session Thursday, Oct. 11, with Judge Anita Ashley Ashley presiding.

Appearances today include indicted individuals related the Eugene Stevens murder case in 2017, including Jamie Lee Miller, 31; Heather Nicole Davis, 27; Evan Lee Hersman, 30.

Also appearing is a Chloe, Calhoun man, Thomas Wayne Cain, 52, facing an attempted murder charge related to the shooting of Scott Butler, about 40, on Walnut Road.
